Privacy Policy – Mister Jobs
At Mister Jobs, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect and process personal data necessary for delivering and improving our services. We treat all information with care and never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of our website and all services offered by Mister Jobs. The most recent version of this policy is effective as of 01/03/2021, and supersedes all previous versions.
1. Data Collection and Use
We collect personal data only when it is necessary for providing our services. This includes contact details you provide to us directly, and technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and operating system) collected automatically via our website for analytical purposes. This technical data is not used to identify individuals.
We do not use your personal data for targeted marketing unless you have explicitly given us consent. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary for legal, administrative, or contractual purposes — and only under strict confidentiality obligations.
2. Email and Communication
We use Office365 for our business email communications. Microsoft has implemented robust security measures, and does not have access to our mailbox. All correspondence is handled with strict confidentiality.
3. Legal Obligations
In certain circumstances, Mister Jobs may be legally obligated to share your data with authorities (e.g. in tax or criminal investigations). In such cases, we will comply as required by law, while safeguarding your rights as much as possible.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
Client data is kept until you request deletion or terminate the relationship.
Administrative data (e.g. invoices) is retained as required by law.
5. Your Rights
Under Dutch and European data protection laws (including the GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right of access – You can request an overview of your personal data.
Right to rectification – You can request corrections to incorrect or outdated data.
Right to restriction – You can request temporary suspension of data processing.
